Please note that when I turn on the autopilot, the planes bangs right out of control.

Separately, the dome light will not turn off at night. This doesn’t allow me to see the panel clearly.

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi,

Please see here http://ifly.flight1.net/forumreg.htm to register for support.  Then post in the relevant support forum.
Best,
Jim

I purchased the product thru Aerosoft and they directed me to this website for support. I visited the Flight1 support page and it is asking me for a Flight1 order number. This is very frustrating.

You should have a certificate number to use for support forum registration.
Best,
Jim

I will try that but it shouldn’t be this difficult. I expect a product to work, especially something as simple as an autopilot.
