PLEASE READ THIS
POST PRIOR TO INSTALLING SERVICE
IMPORTANT: SP 3.2.2 will not install if you do not have version 3.2.1 already installed - it will display an error message stating that a file is missing.
If you do not have version 3.2.1 installed, it is available from the Flight 1 product pages. Or, if you do not wish to do a clean install, you may apply SP 3.2.1 to your current installation. It is available from the support forum download pages. See here for DvD installations:
FSX/P3D users please read here prior to running version 3.2.2 installers: http://ifly.flight1.net/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=13204&title=new-installers
NOTE: The sole version of the iFly 737NG we now support is SP 3.2.2. We simply do not have the time to respond to reports of issues which were fixed long ago.
About Service Pack 3.2.2:
SP 3.2.2 is the
final update for the iFly 737NG aircraft range, and is for users of FS9,
FSX/FSX-SE, FSX Pro(
Please read the Tutorial Supplement to become familiar with features not addressed in the Tutorial and new features now included. It installs at (<FS Installation Folder>\iFly\737NG\Manual)
Wide Screen/Monitor users:
The original wide screen panel is available for those who want to use it. Go to your iFly Aircraft panel folder and (1) rename "panel.wide" to "panel.wide.new" then (2) rename "panel.wide.old" to "panel.wide". Reboot and you will be able to select that panel, which has two NDs.
Due to our license agreement, SP 3.2.2 will install AIRAC 1302. You will want to install the latest AIRAC if you have a Navigraph or NavDataPro subscription.
The FSUIPC installer is no longer included in the iFly FSX and P3D product installers. This is because Dovetail and Lockheed Martin are actively changing their products, which causes errors due to incompatible versions of FSUIPC. You must keep FSUIPC updated by downloading current versions from:
The advanced iFly autobrake system and ND display of TCAS traffic from either FS internally generated traffic or IVAO/VATSIM traffic require a functioning version of FSUIPC, either freeware or registered version.
SP 3.2.2 Additions and General Improvements:
1. Improvements and optimizations which should result in smoother and more stable fps.
2. Added CDU ACARS RTE Data and

4. Wind sound now starts at about 60KIAS instead of the previous 10KIAS.
5. The aircraft is now about 2% more
“slippery” at altitudes above FL200. The
approach must be planned well. However, airspeed increasing 15-20kt over CAB
speed is not a problem, so around 300KIAS is OK. Typically, the aircraft slows down nicely to
meet SPD or 240/10000 restrictions. Of
course speed brakes will be needed at times.
Fair Warning: don’t slow the
aircraft too aggressively thereby causing IAS to fall behind CAB speed – a
large thrust application will result. Stow the spoilers when the IAS is 5-10KTs
above the CAB speed, and then use the speed brake again if needed. Not every
6. Improvements to the Autopilot during climb/descent phases in turbulent weather and/or when wind speed and direction change drastically in relation to the aircraft.
7. Adjusted aircraft tendency to aggressively pitch up/down during turns with VNAV/LNAV engaged.
8. Corrected tendency of the aircraft to nose down excessively when using speed brakes.
9. Further improved RTE drawing on the ND. There could be some situations where drawing is not 100% perfect.
10. Updated SDK to v1.10
