Had a great flight this morning and thought I'd post a few shots.

Note that I use some personal SOP's that all might not agree with but these are for my enjoyment:

1. No VNAV use except for recurrent training. I enjoy calculating my own TOD using the good old 3nm\1000ft rule I learned 20 years ago with FlightAssignment:ATP. Example: going from FL340 to 11000=23000 foot loss x3=69nm and I add 10-15nm for wind and speed adjustment. In this case I started down from 340 80 miles from FISSK (RNAV altitude required 11000) and leveled out 6nm from FISSK.

2. Once at cruise I switch to ALT HLD. Old habit because I feel better with HLD on in case of software\hardware glitches.

3. I Autoland just often enough to keep current. I like to fly the plane.
