Purchase and Install iFly Jets Advanced Series

1.  Use of the Flight 1 Purchase Agent is required. https://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=agent

2.  You need 5GB of available disk space on your LOCAL drive where the "Documents" folder resides. This is generally by default C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\. Some files are also installed to your P3D root folder.

The aircraft installs to "C:\Users\YourNameGoesHere\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\" folder.

3.  DO NOT INSTALL to OneDrive\Documents.

Purchase and Installation:

1.  Prepare your pc:

- Turn OFF all Antivirus Software and malware software.  If using Windows 10 or 11 Defender antivirus, disable "Real Time Scanning" for downloads and installs.

-   Place the UAC slider at the lowest level.

2.  Then:

- Run the Flight1 Agent and Login.

-  Click on “Start Browsing”, then "Products", and click on the "P3D Aircraft Icon" at the top left of the page.  Then from the dropdown list select “iFly Jets Advanced Series - The 737NG”.  The product page will display on the right side of the Agent.

-  On the Product Page:

     -- Select “Add to Cart”

     NOTE:   Current iFly 737NG customers should click the Coupon/Voucher button and read how to obtain and apply any applicable discounts.

     - Click the shopping cart "Checkout" and follow the purchase instructions.

     - Once the purchase is completed, “Library” displays to the right of the shopping cart. Click “Library” and then select “iFly Advanced Series - The 737NG” from the list on the left side of the Agent.

     - Purchased and download information will then display on the right side of the Agent.  Select "Download" and the software will download to your computer.  Make a note of the Certificate Number, as it is required to register for support after creating an account at the iFly Support Forums.

     - The installer will run automatically.

-  Follow the installer prompts and the base version of the software will be installed.

-  When the installer is finished, the iFly ReadBGL tool will pop up.  Select “ALL” and then run the tool.  This reads all scenery files to create airport maps for the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB).

-  RE-BOOT your system.  This ensures that the iFly software is correctly initialized.

-  Run the iFly Configuration Tool (shortcut installs on the desktop) to apply aircraft options and load fuel, pax and cargo.

-  Start P3D v5.3+, set the Scenario screen to display on startup, and select the desired iFly Jets Advanced Series model.

Only Windows 10 & 11 are officially supported.
