Hi first off the model is truly amazing and looks superb together with the Ryanair re-paints i've spotted out there for the 738NG. There's a few questions i have before i buy the model though...

1) As i am a massive Ryanair fan and love them Big smile i dont no if its included but having a airstair is a must! I already have the PMDG 738 and the airstair makes it bearable if you get me!

2) Wing views and the ability to change them.

If there already there i'l be buying it! but if not could you give me an eta on when it might be available? Much appreciated, Kavs8.

Hi Kavs8

Welcome to the forum.

1. The airstairs for all models has been suggested for the Service Pack but in the test builds has not been added yet so I am not 100% sure if it will make the SP. Some users have modiflied the models to use the BBJ's with the airstairs. When I have a full list of items in the SP they will be published in the forums.

2. There are no wing views at the moment and again have been requested for the Service Pack but again I can't say 100% if they will make the SP yet. Users within the support forum have created a temp fix for this using FSRecorder.

If you need any further information just let me know or one of the great pilots here will help.
Cheers

Today no wing views. (Havenīt heard about this for the SP1)

Airstairs today, only for the BBJ series. Guess it will be changed in SP1.

Other users have done so and you do have a 30 day refund option if you don't like the improvements made in the Service Pack that should be out long before the 30 days expire.

Hi Kavs8!
I'm actually using my Ifly 737-800 for flights on Vatsim/Ivao with RYR VA Wink
In the Liveries library You can find several really well made Ryanair liveries....

Well, I tool an SWA livery for the -700 and put it on the BBJ and it worked just fine. Don't see why you couldn't try to put an RYR repaint on a BBJ2.

The Layout in the BBJ Cockpit as i understand (not sure so tell me if wrong) is different in places to the 738, the hole point of me buying this package is to fly as realistic a Ryanair Boeing 737-800 as possible.

I don't think the BBJ layout is that much different from the norm NG pit....the HUD is really the only thing I can think of. As of right now, there are no airstairs on the normal 800 model. If you think you can take the model file from the BBJ and "merge" it with the 800, you'll still be flying a BBJ so I guess I'm confused on what you're asking.

I highly doubt it.....but you could always try. Of course it won't be supported by iFly so make sure you make backups.

Airstairs will be available to all in the Free feature pack being worked on at the moment, that will be released for both FS9 and FSX. It will have a lot more than airstairs and take the aircraft to a new level.

It isn't the meaning of life, but it is a massive Feature Pack not a patch to clean up bugs. You're going to get air stairs, HUDS on lots of models, and many more features, most of which have been listed by Steve and others in this forum.  It's much more significant than the meaning of life! But I want it right, so let the Beta testers take their time.
Warmest Regards,

Ian McPhail
