   The iFly support forums are a very friendly environment and I think our support is at the top of the ladder!  There are few forum rules:

1.  No personal attacks.
2.  No comparison with other products in the market place
3.  No denegration of any developer.
4.  No use of inflammatory language (Trolls are not tolerated)
5.  Keep threads on target.  Do not add an unrelated post to an existing thread.
6.  Post must be in family-friendly language.  We have users of all ages.
7.  No support is provided in the General Discussion forum.  Posts attempting to answer questions from unregistered forum members will be deleted.

We do not discuss things which are in the works and make no promise when anything will be fixed and/or released.

As iFly Support Forums Manager, I ensure these forums are one of the most friendly and helpful places in the FS community.
