Is there any way for iFly to make a split scimitar option for the 737NG for FSX and P3D?
It has become super popular on the 737NG and I would live it if iFly made a slit scimitar winglet option.

Not gonna happen!

The developers said many time, they will not update the model files anymore.

There is an upcoming SP 3.2.3.4, but this one will only be an update for the systems and most likely the last update for the /37NG.

As the moderators said, there's no way iFly will make this option available. If you want it so bad in FSX, you try merging the VC, 2D panel, sound and FDE with the TDS external model for FSX, but:
1) You've gotta do this by yourself
2) Merges are not supported by iFly. If any issue appears, you're on your own.

This seems to be a rather touchy topic for some reason

seems that way. ifly is lagging behind a little in terms of wifi radoms, HUD support in the VC of the 600-900, and Scimitar winglets. I don't see how it could be that hard to simply make the small changes. the HUD model could simply be copied from the BBJ and pasted into the normal VC as an option, no biggie, and the scimitar winglet could be modified by adding a simple polygon model to the exterior and creating a new model folder. TDS does it all the time. the other small thing is WX radar. Feelthere E-Jets have WX radar in FS9 and everyone has been told it is impossible. not sure how wilco did it, but I was sure ifly is more advanced than wilco. just my two cents, no hard feelings to the devs. We all know that FS9 and FSX are dead. I'm just happy that they supported it as long as they did.

As we've said, development of 32-bit software is finished.  If users want to have the advantage of additional features, model development, etc, a move to 64-bit software will be necessary.
